Getting started with us is easy and stress-free. Here’s exactly what you can expect:

  • 1. You send us your themes:

    Once a month, you’ll provide us with the themes or topics for your posts, along with any necessary images, videos, or assets. We’ll provide a simple form for you to fill out to make this quick and easy.

  • 2. We create your content:

    Once we receive your information, my team will get to work. Within 5 business days, we’ll deliver four custom posts to you: 2 static images, 1 carousel, and 1 reel – all designed and written with your nonprofit’s voice and audience in mind.

  • 3. Review and finalization:

    You'll have a chance to review the content and provide feedback. We’ll make any necessary tweaks to ensure it’s perfect, then send you the final versions, ready to post.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A static post is the original social media post with one image and a caption. The image can be just a photo or a designed graphic with images and words.

  • A carousel is the type of post that has multiple images that your audience has to swipe through to see all the slides. Carousel posts are great for when you want to share multiple pictures or have a lot of information to convey in one post. Splitting the information up across multiple slides makes it easier to digest and is more engaging that a very text heavy static post.

  • Within Cause-Driven Content, we define a simple reel as one that is less than 15 seconds long, uses one audio and doesn’t require advanced elements. Appropriate examples are:

    The only exception to the 15 second time limit are interview type videos where we just need to slightly trim the video and add closed captions. The original interview video length must be two minutes or less. Appropriate examples are:

  • There is a 5 business day turnaround for your content from the day you submit your post topics.

  • If you feel your content isn’t on brand or any elements aren’t correct, you are allowed one round of revisions. The best way to ensure your content is on brand and that your posts include everything you want is to be very specific when completing your branding form and monthly post topic forms.

  • Cause Driven Content has a three month minimum commitment, with the ability to renew for another three, six or twelve months.

    If you sign up for six months you get a seventh month for free!

  • If you have absolutely no idea where to start or no social media strategy currently in place, it would be very beneficial to complete a social media strategy with us before joining Cause Driven Content.

    If you’re just out of ideas and need a little inspiration, all Cause Driven Content clients have access to a large bank of post ideas to help you plan post topics!

  • With Cause Driven Content, each month you get:

    • 2 static posts

    • 1 carousel (10 slide max)

    • 1 simple reel, with link to IG audio

    • 1 round of revisions

    Cause Driven Content clients also get access to:

    • A large bank of post topics

    • Our ongoing list of trending IG audios

  • $350 a month!

  • No. After your content is created, it will be delivered to you to post on your own.

    Not managing your account and scheduling content is part of what keeps the cost of this offer so low!

  • Established branding is a requirement to join Cause Driven Content. If you don't have any branding, please reach out to us at content@branchout-social.com and we will put you in touch with our favorite brand strategists!

  • You get four posts a month, what you do with them is up to you and your team. Once your content is created and handed off to you, your team posts it at your discretion. If you post it all in one week or spread the posts out over 2-4 weeks, we don’t care (nor will we really know). 

    Due to the flexible nature of Cause-Driven Content, if you want to use the service to create a bank of content that you will post over time, that is okay. That is not the way we advise you to use this service, but you can do that.

  • At the end of your three month commitment you can choose to not renew, but you cannot cancel early.
